The ultimate payoff gel liners! These antioxidant enriched, long-lasting, waterproof pencils glide on incredibly soft and smooth for a precise line. These are a harder gel liner and are less likely to break than some others on the market.
Skyline is a Matte Light blue, it looks like a mix between sky blue and teal.
This liner is waterproof but can be smudged for a short time after application. You need an oil based makeup remove to get it off. Soap and water will not work to remove it.
