This is a beautiful sage green color skirt. The under skirt feels like silk but part of the tag that has the size on it has been cut and I don't have the material information. The top layer is a tulle fabric with eyelet and embroidered design. Laying flat the waist of this skirt measures 14 1/2" across. I can wear this but it is way too short for my 34" inseam. My other Elie Tahari skirts like this are silk.
