20 gauge nose rigs made out of 316-l surgical steel. These are straight with a little ball on the end to keep them in your nose. The barbell shaft is 20 gauge or .8 mm. The rhinestones are 3 mm in size. Nickel and lead free. Many colors to choose from. Each nose ring weighs 0.05 grams.
